"Moment's Joy"
by Richard Krausview biography"To take photographs is to hold ones breath when all faculties converge in the face of fleeting reality. It is at that moment that mastering an image becomes a great physical and intellectual joy."
- Henry cartier-Bresson.
Personal Reflection:
The stillness of an atmosphere that you know is evaporating provokes an intellectual sensitivity that you are in the midst of a very special experience.
Technical:
This photograph was taken using a Sinar 4x5 view camera and a 150mm Schneider lens. The film was Vericolor II negative and there was no filtration used.
